Thank you for shopping with Nerdout Decants. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our Withdrawal Form on the home page or contact us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Once your withdrawal has been accepted, the products must be returned within 14 days.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be returned within the applicable return period.
- Be in their original condition.
- Not be damaged due to misuse.
- Be securely packaged for return shipping.
If returned items arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value where permitted by law.
Opened Fragrance Samples
Because our products are decanted fragrances intended for personal use, opened, used, or partially used samples are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is defective, damaged during transit, or where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the package
- Photographs of the affected product(s)
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A full refund
depending on the circumstances.
Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier. Any refund or replacement will be considered after the carrier's investigation and in accordance with the shipping service used.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance samples
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
