Shipping policy

At Nerdout Decants, every order is carefully prepared by hand to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. If your country is available during checkout, we are able to ship to your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • UK: 4–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–18 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is provided whenever available with the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nerdout Decants has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch every order promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Damaged or Leaking Shipments

All fragrance samples are carefully packaged before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or a vial has leaked during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Clear photographs of the affected items

We will review each case individually and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please contact us.

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility. However, we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation where possible.
